What a fantastic service. Received a text the day before, which gave a two-hour window for when the van would arrive. Then received a text when the driver was 10 minutes away. The driver, Marcel, was friendly, professional, kind and efficient. I got to see my documents shredded on site, which is exactly why I chose this company. 10/10 service.

From the moment I spoke with the Front Office until the time the shredding was completed I found Total Shredding very professional but at the same time friendly and helpful. Emails confirmed the job with costs and timeframes included. I was advised of the timimgs the day prior, and had a message advising that the driver was 15 mins away. The driver was very friendly and competent and the documents were shredded onsite which is nice to know.
