Secure on-site collection
We collect directly from your premises.
Every device is logged by type and serial number at the point of pickup.
You receive a signed collection receipt before we leave.
Chain of custody
All devices travel in our locked, secure vehicles.
No third-party handling.
The same team that collects handles the destruction — your assets never change hands.
Software sanitisation
Where possible, we use Blancco — industry-leading erasure software — to wipe devices to NIST/DoD standards. Each device generates its own tamper-proof erasure report. Devices that cannot be fully wiped proceed to step 04.
Physical destruction
Devices that cannot be fully software-wiped — damaged, failed, or legacy hardware — are physically destroyed: shredded or crushed. Data recovery becomes impossible by any means. Both paths then proceed to step 05.
Certificate of destruction
You receive a Certificate of Destruction listing every device by type, serial number, destruction method used, and date — your documented compliance record.
Responsible recycling
All remaining materials are processed through certified e-waste recycling partners. Nothing goes to landfill. Environmental obligations covered alongside your data security ones.
